Our Weekly Schedule
Sunday School
9:45-10:45am Youth Sunday School
6-8th Grade Class (FBC Rector House)
9th-12th Grade Class (Body Shop)
The Middle School (MS) youth engage scripture in at the Rector House; while the High School (HS) youth meet in the "Body Shop." On Sunday mornings we meet at 9:45 and usually have some sort of snack, here announcements from the Minister to Youth, and then do our weekly Bible Study.
Sunday Night Live
5:00-6:00 Food and Activity (Body Shop)
6:00-7:00 Topical Bible Study (Body Shop)
On Sunday nights all the youth grades 6th-12th meet together in the Body Shop where one of our awesome parents brings food. We eat, have fun, and fellowship for about half an hour. After that we usually play one of Justin's "stupid but fun" games. Then we spend time in worship through song and small group Bible study.
Wednesday Night
5:30-5:55pm Family Supper Time (Fellowship Hall)
6:00-7:00pm MS Engaging Scripture (Body Shop)
7:30-8:45pm HS Topical Lessons (El Centinela Restaurant)
Wednesday night Bible studies are divided between MS and HS. The MS meet at the Body Shop and do topical Bible studies that cover a variety of different issues. They range anywhere from "gossip" to "Facebook."
The HS meet at a local restaurant (El Centinela) and eat together and then discuss various topics as well. The topics are chosen by them and have several difficult topics such as homosexuality, agnosticism, violence, and profanity.
