Music Ministry
The Music Ministry of First Baptist Church of Jefferson, Georgia seeks to lead people into a closer relationship with God through worship, ministry, discipleship, fellowship, and evangelism. Our means for acccomplishing this are music and music education.
In addition to the choral program, there are also soloists and small ensembles that sing in worship each Sunday and for special events.
However, the great choir of the church is the congregation gathered to worship. Although traditionally based, the worship services include a variety of musical styles that are chosen to lead the people who sing into worship of Almighty God.
Everyone is invited and urged to participate in this glorious opportunity to worship God through music and song.
